Scientist Sasha Bakhru and His Important Contributions

Sasha Bakhru is a scientist to keep a close eye on. His work is making waves in the fields of both science and biomedicine. Sasha Bakhru works as an adjunct assistant professor of medical science at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship there.
Sasha Bakhru’s work is making strides in the science and medical communities because his work is truly unique and he’s seeking to make a difference. Bakhru has co-authored twenty publications, eight patents, and a chapter in a book. In addition, he has had work published in over forty conference proceedings and abstracts.
Bakhru has an extensive background in scientific education. He graduated with his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.S.E. from John Hopkins University in Materials Science and a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in Biomedical Engineering. Bakhru has succeeded in many educational pursuits and has often been recognized for his various achievements. He won the 2008 Global MOOT Corp competition. A year later in 2009, he was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
Bakhru is a very busy guy! Not only does he teach at Brown University, but he also works as the Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and the Co-Founder of Perosphere Inc. Perosphere Inc. is a specialty pharmaceuticals company that is attempting to drastically improve drug delivery technology systems. They specialize in what is commonly known as “rescue” drugs. Perosphere has more than thirty patents on their revolutionary products and ten patents that are currently pending.
