Does Diindolylmethane Promise A Bright Future?
If there’s anything that is important to the field of science and medicine, it is that there should be visible progress in research. Unfortunately, until the discovery of Diindolylmethane by scientists from UC Berkeley, the research on finding a cure for cancer had come to a standstill, as frustrating as that seemed.
After almost two years of research, these scientists were able to verify the compound’s ability to deal with not only cancer but a host of other diseases that might otherwise still not have a cure.
Take for example, the Human Pappilomavirus, for which a cure is being researched using this compound. However, this is just one of the many examples that can be quoted supporting the researchers’ claims of DIM being the most versatile compound known to man.
But this doesn’t end there; this compound is not only being tested by the National Cancer Institute as an alternative method of treatment for almost all forms of cancer but it is currently being used along with Taxol (which is another plant extract) to cure patients that are fighting against the dreaded disease of cancer.
Alternatively, it is also being offered to the public as a natural immune booster as well as a cancer prevention supplement and already the results have shown that it not only strengthens the body’s organs and builds up the immune system to a point where it can resist all types of diseases, whether bacterial or even viral.
Since most of these tests are in the preliminary stages, people can’t help but ask whether or not this compound is the key to a brighter future. Since the tests are proving to be positive at the moment, the truth is that it does look more promising than it has been for a while now.
