Career Education Announces Intent to Divest Le Cordon Bleu Colleges of Culinary Arts

Career Education Corporation today announced that it has retained investment bank Parchman, Vaughan & Company, LLC to pursue the divestiture of its Le Cordon Bleu North America colleges of culinary arts.
