Ordinary children are scared by the thought of going away from home. However, some children that are unruly and too rebellious have little to no reaction to such a notion. As a parent, you should be strong enough to realize that sometimes, you need to send your kid to a boarding school for troubled boys or a juvenile boot camp to prevent this rebellious attitude from becoming permanent. Although it may be painful to see your child go, you will be getting him back a changed man, a reformed man.
Sending your child away does not mean you are giving up on him. On the contrary, you are making a very well-informed decision that will bring back a well-disciplined child. You must also need to be patient, as this process will take a while. Puberty and its effects last for years, and that rebellious attitude could also very well go beyond puberty if left unchecked. Although you may consider sending your child away as a last option, you must always remember that doing nothing would be just as worse.
You certainly do not want your child to become a criminal, and neither do you want them to grow up as a troubled individual. It may take the entire duration of high school, or it may even take longer, but the point is that you are certainly going to get your child back a reformed man. Don’t wait before it gets too far with your child. Act now while their attitude is not yet permanent.
